Camping rules


ARRIVAL
Your identity documents and vehicle registration number will be requested upon your arrival.
Each guest will be given:

  • A bracelet to be worn for the entire duration of the stay, valid for entering and leaving the Camping Village;
  • A Magnetic card to swipe when entering and leaving the site in your vehicle, to be used in the special readers;
  • A sticker/card containing information regarding your stay to be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard in a way that it is fully visible.
  • Minors are only permitted if accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.


DEPARTURE
On departure, which must be by no later than 10 a.m. for camping pitches and mobile homes, a final bill will be prepared when you hand in your sticker/card and showing any extra charges that may have been incurred during your stay.
The reception office is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (unless otherwise displayed).
For payments: from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

VISITORS
Visitors are welcome from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and must leave an identity document at the reception office.
Visits are free for the first hour. After that, the current fees will be applied, and must be paid at reception. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors.

QUIET HOURS
Please respect quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.  The use of radios or similar devices is not permitted. Driving cars is not allowed during these hours.

CHILDREN
Children must be supervised at all times, especially at the beach, in the swimming pool, in the playground and in the toilets and showers. The Management refuses all responsibility.

DOGS
Dogs must have a vaccination record card and must be kept on a lead at all times. Large dogs must wear a muzzle. No dogs are allowed in the swimming pool or on the beach where indicated. There is a “doggy toilet” with specific washing facilities and dog poop bags located in various places around the camping village. Please do not leave dogs alone inside your caravan, camper or mobile home.


RELIGIOUS SERVICES
Mass is celebrated in the chapel located behind the reception office in high season.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Medical assistance is available on request at the Camping Village San Francesco infirmary. Doctor’s visits are subject to a charge.

WASTE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
Please use the bins located around the campsite to dispose of your household waste and recycle paper, glass, plastic and batteries. This will help protect the environment.

BOATS
Boat owners are strongly advised to follow the sailing rules displayed in reception to avoid unpleasant situations. The Management does not accept any responsibility for boats moored to buoys or along the pier.

SWIMMING
The Management shall not be responsible for accidents or other incidents that may occur when bathing in the lake or in the swimming pool. Diving is not permitted. Swimming caps must be worn in the swimming pool.

LOST PROPERTY
The Management is not responsible for any items that are not handed to reception for safekeeping, particularly those left in tents, caravans or mobile homes. Any items found must be handed to the reception office so that they can be returned to their rightful owners.

RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It is forbidden to dig trenches and holes in the ground, light fires, hammer nails into trees and damage the flowers, plants, services and facilities in the Camping Village in any way. It is also strictly forbidden to pour hot or soapy water in places where plants are growing. The Management reserves the right to remove from the campsite anybody responsible for harassment or vandalism. Please do not waste water. We also recommend the use of biodegradable washing-up liquid in the sinks in the washing areas.
These regulations must be accepted and complied with in full, in order to be able to access the campsite.
The Management is happy to supply further information and explanations and provide any help that may be required. We wish all our guests a pleasant stay.
