1. The booking is strictly personal and is not transferable. Bookings made by unaccompanied children under 18 cannot be accepted.

2. The booking must be made using the following form, to be returned to the campsite in one copy;

1. For pitches: within 5 days of receipt of the booking offer, the client must make a payment of € 80,00. € 30,00. of which cover the booking expenses and € 50,00. is the confirmation deposit, to be detracted from the total cost of the stay, otherwise the booking will be canceled without notice. For stays of more than seven nights, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay must be paid on arrival. §The pitch is available from 10.00 hrs on the day of arrival until 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. If you wish to prolong your stay, please check availability with reception.
2. For mobile homes: within 5 days of receipt of the booking offer, the client must make a payment of € 160,00. of which e 30,00. cover the booking expenses and € 130,00. is the confirmation deposit, to be detracted from the total cost of the stay, otherwise the booking will be cancelled without notice. The outstanding amount must be paid on arrival. Also on arrival, a deposit of € 50,00. must be paid. An inventory will be given to the client listing the equipment in the mobile home, which must be returned signed to reception. The deposit will be returned following the control of the perfect condition of the mobile home and its equipment, when returning the keys an don presentation of the deposit receipt. Any missing items will be charged at the prices shown on the inventory. In the case of insufficient cleaning, or if the client does not wish to do this personally, € 35,00. will be due to cover the cleaning costs arranged by the Management. The mobile home is not provided with bed or bath linen, the client must therefore bring his own; alternatively it may be rented from reception. The mobile home is available from 6 o’clock pm. Hr on the day of arrival until 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. If you wish to prolong your stay, please check availability with reception. The above amounts can be paid by bank transfer Banca Agricola Mantovana, agenzia di Desenzano del Garda, number IBAN IT 75 I 05024 54460 00001002972, BIC BAMN IT 21102 or by credit card (credit card number and expiry date not American Express or Diners). Bank charges are for the client’s account.
3. On receipt of the amount, a receipt for the paid amount will be sent to the client; this also constitutes the booking confirmation.

3. The reservation may be cancelled at any time, but if this is done within 30 days from the date of arrival the following penalties regarding the deposit paid will be applied:

MOBILE HOMES

• From 30 till 16 days prior to arrival € 50,00 will be witheld;
• From 15 till 0 days prior to arrival € 130,00 will be witheld;

PITCHES

• From 30 till 16 days prior to arrival € 30,00 will be witheld;
• From 15 till 0 days prior to arrival € 50,00 will be witheld;

4. The Management reserves the right to cancel the booking after 9 o’clock p.m. on the day of arrival if the client has not arrived at the campsite or informed of his delay.

5. In the event of early departure from the mobile home, the guest will not be refunded.

6. In case of need, the Management reserves the right to replace the reserved pitch or mobile home.

7. Prices may vary depending on tax policy in force.
