Only the people listed in the booking will be accepted. Minors are not allowed to stay without their parents. Bookings made by minors will not be accepted.

Bookings must be made using the ‘request availability’ forms:

• Stays in CAMPING PITCHES: within five days of receiving the booking offer, 80€ must be paid (30€ booking fees and 50€ deposit, which will be considered part of the final payment). If no payment is made the booking will be cancelled without notice. For bookings longer than seven nights, 50% of the total cost must be paid on arrival. The camping pitch is available from 10 am of the day of arrival to 10 am of the day of departure. People wishing to extend their stay are kindly requested to ask the reception office ahead to check availability;
  
  
• • Stays in MOBILE HOMES: within five days of receiving the booking offer, 160 € must be paid (30€ booking fees and 130€ deposit, which will be considered part of the final payment). If no payment is made the booking will be cancelled without notice. The balance must be paid on arrival. On arrival, a 50€ deposit must be paid. An inventory listing all the contents of the mobile home will be given to guests who must sign and return it to the reception office at the end of their stay. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the mobile home and all its contents are in perfect condition, after the keys have been handed back and the deposit receipt has been provided. A damaged or missing item fee will be charged (the cost of items is in the inventory). The cleaning service at the end of the stay is compulsory and costs € 37,00. Towels and linen are not supplied. Guests should bring their own or hire them from the reception office. The mobile home is available latest at 6 pm of the day of arrival to 10 am of the day of departure. People wishing to extend their stay are kindly requested to ask the reception office ahead to check availability;
  
  
• The amounts shown above can be paid by BANK TRANSFER

• Or by CREDIT CARD (card number and date of expiry required) via online payment. American Express o Diners Cards are not accepted. Bank commissions are to be paid by the customer.

When the payment comes through a receipt for the amount paid will be sent. This receipt is also the booking confirmation.

Bookings may be cancelled. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the following charges will be applied:

MOBILE HOMES
from 30 to 16 days before the scheduled date of arrival: € 50.
from 15 days before to the day of arrival: € 130.

If the mobile home is vacated before the scheduled end of the reserved stay, no refunds will be given.

CAMPING PITCHES
from 30 to 16 days before the scheduled date of arrival: € 30.
from 15 days before to the day of arrival: € 50.

Bookings may be cancelled at the Management’s discretion if guests fail to check in by 9 pm on the scheduled date of arrival and have not informed the Management of the delay.

Prices may vary if taxes change.

If necessary, the booked camping pitch number or the mobile home number may be changed by the Management.
