ARRIVAL
On arrival will be asked the guests to show their identification documents (passports or ID cards) and their vehicle’s number plate. Each guest will be given a pass card that must be swiped to enter and exit the campsite. The campsite’s logo will be placed onto the car’s windscreen. Minors are allowed to stay only if accompanied by their parents.
DEPARTURE
Camping pitches and mobile homes must be left before 10 am on the day of departure. On that day passes must be returned and the final balance paid. The administrative office is open every day from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm, unless otherwise shown on the board.
VISITORS
Visitors are welcome between 8 am and 8 pm and must leave their identification documents at the reception office.
The first hour of the visit is free of charge. Longer visits are subject to a fee (to be paid at the entrance). The Management can stop visitors entering.
SILENCE HOURS
Between 11 pm and 7 am guests must on no account disturb other guests. Radios and similar devices must be switched off. Driving cars is not allowed.
CHILDREN
Parents must supervise their children, especially on the beach, in the swimming pool, in the playground and in the toilets and showers. The Management declines all responsibility.
DOGS
Dogs must have a medical pass and must be kept on a lead at all times. Large dogs must wear a muzzle. No dogs are allowed on the beach and in the swimming pool. There is a “doggy loo”. Poop scoops are available in the campsite’s market.
RELIGIOUS SERVICES
Mass is held in the chapel behind the reception office during the high season.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Please ask the Management for medical assistance. You will be charged for a doctor’s visit.
RECYCLING
Please use the bins in the campsite to dispose of household waste, paper, glass, plastic and batteries. This helps to protect the environment.
BOATS
We strongly advise boat owners to follow all the sailing rules in order to avoid unpleasant situations. A copy of the rules is hanging in the reception office. The Management declines all responsibility for boats moored to buoys or to the pier.
SWIMMING
The management declines all responsibility for accidents or anything that happens to bathers in the lake or in the swimming pool. Diving is not allowed. Bathing caps must be worn in the pool.
LOST ITEMS
The Management declines all responsibility for items (especially items in tents, in caravans and in mobile homes). Any items found must be handed in to the management that will return them to their owners on request.
RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It is forbidden to dig trenches and holes in the ground, to light fires, to hammer nails into the trees and damage (in any way) flowers, plants, buildings and facilities of the campsite. pouring hot, soapy water on the soil plants are growing in is strictly prohibited. The Management will exclude from the campsite anybody responsible for vandalism and harassment. Please do not waste water and use biodegradable washing-up liquid in the washing facilities.
These rules must be accepted and followed to stay in the campsite.
